The short version
We collect the minimum needed to take an order, deliver it and support it. We do not sell, rent or share customer lists. We run no third-party retargeting pixels on product pages. You can have your data deleted by asking.
What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery address, mobile number, email, order contents and payment status.
- Support data — the messages you send us and our replies.
- Site analytics — aggregate, non-identifying page and traffic counts.
- Local storage — your bag contents and age confirmation, stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
What we deliberately do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade customer data to anyone, for any price.
- We do not place third-party advertising or retargeting pixels on product pages.
- We do not build or share interest profiles based on what you browsed.
- We do not put product names in email subject lines, SMS, or shipping labels.
Who we share with, and only what is needed
- Couriers — name, address and mobile number, to deliver the parcel.
- Payment processors — handled directly by the processor; full card details never reach our servers.
- Law enforcement — only where we are legally compelled, and only the specific records demanded.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support conversations are kept for 24 months. Anything else is deleted when it stops being useful.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of everything we are not legally required to keep. Write to us and we act within 30 days.
Cookies
We use functional storage only: your bag, your age confirmation and your session. There are no advertising cookies on this site.
