Unopened items — 7 days

If the item is unopened and the manufacturer seal is intact, you can return it within seven days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Message us with your order reference to start it; we arrange the pickup where the courier serves your PIN code.

Opened intimate products — not returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard across the category worldwide and is not negotiable. It does not affect your warranty rights below.

Warranty — 2 years on rechargeable devices

Every rechargeable device carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the delivery date. If a device fails within that window through no fault of yours, we replace it. You do not need the original packaging and you do not need to argue the case.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress on devices not rated for immersion, or damage from using an incompatible lubricant, such as silicone lube on a silicone device.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

Report it within 48 hours of the delivery scan with your order reference and we replace or refund, our choice of courier, our cost.

Refund timelines

• UPI and cards: 3 to 7 working days after we receive the return.
• Net banking: 5 to 10 working days.
• Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer to details you provide.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is handed to the courier. Once dispatched, it follows the returns process above.
