The outer carton

• Plain brown corrugate box, no printing of any kind on the outside.
• Unbranded packing tape. No stickers, no logos, no window.
• The shipping label carries a neutral trading name as the sender, not the brand name.
• The contents field on the label reads a generic category, never a product name.
• Every device is bagged and boxed inside, so nothing is identifiable by shape or sound.

Your bank statement

Card, UPI and net banking transactions post under a neutral billing descriptor rather than the brand name. That descriptor is shown to you on the confirmation screen at the time of payment, so there are no surprises later.

Email and SMS

Order confirmation and dispatch messages use a neutral subject line and sender name. No product names appear in any message we send. Tracking links go to the courier's standard page.

Timelines

• Orders placed before 16:00 IST on a working day dispatch the same day.
• Metro cities: typically 2 to 3 working days.
• Rest of India: typically 3 to 5 working days.
• Remote and north-eastern PIN codes may add 1 to 2 days.

Charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• Flat ₹79 below that.
• Cash on delivery available on most metro PIN codes, ₹49 handling fee.

If something goes wrong

Damaged in transit, wrong item, or a parcel that never arrives: message us with the order reference within 48 hours of the delivery scan and we resolve it by replacement or refund. We do not ask you to photograph anything embarrassing.
