1. Who can use this site

This store sells intimate wellness products intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to browse, order or receive products from this site. By entering you confirm that you are.

2. Products and descriptions

We publish material, decibel, runtime, water resistance and warranty figures supplied and verified with our manufacturers. Generated product illustrations on this site are representative of form and finish; minor variation in shade is normal. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product here is a medical device or a treatment for any condition.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund. An order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when it is placed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never store full card details. Where an order is placed for manual confirmation, the order stands only once payment is received and confirmed by us.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery terms are set out in full on the shipping page.

6. Returns and warranty

Governed by our returns and warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Safe use

Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Stop using any product immediately if you experience pain, irritation or an allergic reaction, and consult a doctor. Do not use silicone-based lubricant with silicone devices. Do not share devices between people without a barrier.

8. Intellectual property

All text, artwork, product illustrations and page design on this site are owned by us and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
